He had to have seen her or pics/video of her and become infatuated with her IF he's the one.
He could have been.....He didn't hold down a 9-5 type of job. Could probably have worked his own hours. We still don't know how he made his money, but past acquaintances have referred to his being high or drug use. If he was a mule for distribution of drugs he could have been anywhere he wanted to.
