I don't believe that Henry lee was part of or working on the case in 2004 when they retested it and got a full DNA profile due to new technology.
Henry Lee may have seen the DNA results from 1997 and 1999, but not the one from late 2004.
On BOR... Boulder DA says they never got the Wendy/Karr tapes from California. They are extremely interested in them and they now have them and they have been sent out for voice comparison.
well, I would think Lee has some contacts from his prior work on the case. all I am saying is, he isn't some lunatic talking head.
