I thought something similar. I actually wondered if this was the climatic point for the killer. Or, once he believed her to be dead from the strangulation, he threw her against something.
now I hear craig silverman saying that while the boulder police were exchanging emails with him (he thought it was Patsy) - he drops a hint that Karr may also have mailed them a package of some kind, and that package had his DNA on it (in some form) along with who knows what else. and this is the DNA they used to match to the underwear.
did anyone else see Silverman on OReiily?
You're right! This hasn't happened in a while, my daughter still wakes us up, but the last few times she had already pulled off her sheets and changed clothes. It's completely possible that JonBenet had done those things herself.
you don't think there are forces at work that want to see someone, ANYONE, put away for this? look at the Duke rape case, and then tell me with a straight face that prosecutors don't have agendas and goals they want to pursue, above all else.

LOL You notice how short my replies were. If these cryptic posts absolutely predicting doom (because the Ramseys aren't in the dock) keep popping up, with no explantation or elaberation as to why...then I can answer them just as cryptically. But I get your point!

yes, but, those were the only two other people in the house while she was making the call. so if she is talking to someone as she is on hold waiting for the 911 operator to pick up, who else could it be?
and what kind of husband makes his frantic wife call 911, instead of doing it himself? that also bothers me.
Did you get a load of the guy on CNN (surname Garrison) saying there is no book or movie deal and that he represents the Karr family?

I was using Nifong as an example. I could just as easily use the palm beach DA going after Rush Limbaugh, or the texas one going after Delay, whatever.
