I admit that I always had an uneasy feeling about the parents and their actions...but not having ever been through something so horrible myself, it is really hard to say. BUT...

I keep thinking that PR would not have gone to her grave with it still open-ended like this if she had been able to clear it up. I mean, she knew she was dying, it wasn't like she died suddenly or unexpectedly...she would have had time to think about what she wanted to say or write or whatever...when that didn't happen shortly after her death, I started to further doubt her involvement in any part of this...

Now, with all the renewed media interest with JMK coming to light, it is easy to see how inaccurate media reports convinced me and many others that the Ramsey's were involved in 1996.

I think they are going to prosecute him, even without a DNA match. and perhaps even without specific proof he was in boulder - if he doesn't have a firm provable alibi that he was someplace else, then he COULD have been in boulder - that's what they will tell the jury. that, plus his confession and all these tapes - they are going to try to get him just on that.

It is really hard for me to guess how the case will play out, especially with what his lawyers have been saying. I never expected them to come out and say "basically he is normal, he is just under some stress". If they would have kept their mouths shut they could have said he is crazy, a department store pantie sniffer, and JonBenet's mother just didn't wash the new panties before she let JonBenet wear them and this is how his DNA ended on the panties.

All we can do is wait and see what the DA has on him. The DNA sample may come back inconclusive, but that is going to be really odd if it comes back inconclusive since they DA came out in 2004 and said they now have a full DNA profile of the perp from the sample in JonBenet's panties.

This guy is a dead man walking in or out of jail/prison, even if the DNA comes back negative, he is just too creepy, his face has been plastered all over the world and he is most likely a pedophile and all this may surface when other people start talking.

There is no way in the world that I would ever admit that I was part of this guys family to anyone if I was. I wouldn't even hint that I was part of this guys family.

the DNA sample, if you believe henry lee, is a partial sample. so the match to Karr, if it materializes, will not have all 13 markers. this is what henry lee keeps saying anyway.

I was just saying that IF she was involved (as many of us seemed to think she was) perhaps she would not have wanted to meet her maker without clearing it up...her "confessing" to involvment would not necessarily implicate any other family member.

Obviously, this was JMO, but when there was no death-bed confession or mysterious letter from her will or some such thing, I started to believe that she WASN'T involved...because prior to her death, I always had a bad feeling about her...both of them, but more so her.

I tried to warn you... but one thing is for sure the a-hole that did this to her did not put that crack in her skull accidently. Maybe he did it because she screamed.

another childhood story of mine... When I was nearly a teen. I was showing off my back dives to someone and I was doing them so quickly (dive, get out the water, get back on board the put my toes on the tip of the board and do my back dives.) The last time I did it I thought I was at the end of the board, but actually I was about 3 feet away from the end when I went into a full force push off back dive. Well the back of my head hit the end of the diving board and in the water I went. It didn't knock me out, it didn't crack my skull, but it busted my head open real well (blood every where. I had to have a double layer of stitches in my head. You can imagine how hard this person had to hit her to crack her skull like he did.

WOW....my oldest son did the same thing on a diving board, but he hit the top of his forehead...in the hairline.....like you said, blood everywhere..........the person who did this is a monster, the force he must have used to crack her little skull....sigh!

I think I will take your word for it. I was in tears earlier today from researching these freaks. Some of the stuff that is done to these poor kids is so unimaginable. This Westley Alan Dodd creep really got to me...just horrible HORRIBLE stuff! Richard Alan Davis is a piece of $h!t too! When he broke into the house Polly's words were,"Please don't hurt my mom." I can't imagine how heart broken her mother was to think her daughter tried to protect her. It makes me hope these guys get everything they did to these kids done to them ten fold..and I hope their wide away while it's being done. MONSTERS!

I wanted to tell that the Beaver Fur Teddy Bear if one existed might have been something JonBenet received recently and it could have been a tiny one (maybe the size of a Beanie Baby), one that she could hold in her hand. Also keep in mind her parents forgot about the Santa Bear she won at the pageant. It could be that LE learned later that she was given one of these by some one for Christmas, but they could never locate it in the home as the perp may have took it with him for his trophy.
