For your bookmarking assistance, this is a reference list of links to the Aug 2006 or newer Free Republic threads on the topic of the JonBenet Ramsey murder case and the possible arrest of John Mark Karr as a suspect in her murder.
Aacck. CAP is saying the "door was open" and it's conceivable John Karr was there at the gingerbread party. Yeah, right. Pam didn't live there, didn't go to the party, doesn't know who was there or what door was or wasn't open.
It was only "called" the wine cellar as an affectation. It wasn't *really* a wine cellar. It was the old coal room of the 1920s house.

They had already made plans to fly out to MI that morning. No doubt he was notifying the pilot as to the change of plans.
An affectionate term for Pam Paugh, JonBenet's "crazy" aunt.
That's a hoot! Some "wine cellar". Did you look at the picture? It's a dirty basement room where paint cans, old windows, odds and ends, and Christmas decorations were kept.
In my house, we call that the "Junk Room".

Wasn't it WHite? He was on the other evening (or it was a replay) He said he realized the LO were trying to railroad the Ramsey's and actually did the calling for them....Getting each of them a lawyer was HIS idea.
I read it also had an old safe in it
Where is this coming from - who said this? His ex-wife?
But why did he call the pilot AFTER they found the note and then BEFORE he called the police
He had already done that. The ATL destination was a new one.
Just heard today that Karr's neighbor in Alabama in 1996 says he was at home there on Christmas Day. She helped him move some furniture. When they were done, he got in his car and drove the 4 1/2 hours to Atlanta to be with his family on Christmas.
There are 3 Boulder detectives in Atlanta today interviewing all the Karr relatives. Evidently, they have been to 'Bama to interview all the neighbors.
This is a defense lawyer's dream.
I knopw, but we also didn't see it with furniture in it....We used to have one also.....Just stating that wine must be kept at a constant temperature....Even if it's stored in cardboard boxes on their side.
Where did you hear this story?
She was lying on top of it. It was very small - the little door to it was sort of like a PO Box.
Is that who it was....thanks...
Watch for Karr to hire a famous Denver defense attorney named Walter Gerash
I hope that's true. Were his wife and kids still with him, then left with him for ATL, or had they driven on ahead - do we know?
Just heard a blurb this morning as I walked by the TV? Not even sure what channel it was on FOX, Cnn, CTV, or maybe Msnbc......click, click, click.....Was actually hunting for more information on the subject.
Statement simple said, "He had been in CO. THeir vehicle broke down on the was to CA......"
