No, actually, that's not Darwin's theory at all. You might want to do a little reading somewhere other than on anti-evolution sites. It might be interesting for you.

Actually, you can take the idea and use it to justify eugenics. Not that I think most people who believe in evolution or Darwin's theory do that.
