No, it does not. The evolutionary survival is based on the number of the offspring. So people with PhD having one child on the average are dying out, while if people without high school diploma having three children are taking over.

Himmler apparently tried to run his own experiment along that line.
He had his SS trooper kill as many competing animals aspossible and
encouraged his troops to make as many babies as possible. Even with mistresses.
