My roaming mind has me wondering if perhaps Patsy left behind a letter, or diary, that hinted at something she and only she knew about. It's the stuff fiction novels are made of, but I'm only making a wild theory.
At the risk of getting sucked into this again...
I agree that there is a lot more than coincidence that Patsy just died not too long ago.
