First, I heard that it had to be an inside job because there were no footprints in the snow, then each week a new and bizarre accusation surfaced, mostly about the Mother. After a bit, I just figured that the press and the police were at best willfully incompetent, and that no answer was forthcoming. Sort of like the Shandra Levy case, or the Katrina reporting.....

I finally gave up on the case when I realized that no matter who did it...Mother, Father, brother, stranger...they wouldn't be able to get a conviction probably, because of the way the police screwed up.

The crime scene messed up...waiting so long to even look through the house..and having tons of fingerprints everywhere...

I gotta say, unless it is a family member...I really don't care...that poor little girl's horror ended 10 years ago.
