If you suspected the oldest brother, then you didn't know that it was proven that he was miles and miles away in Atlanta, Georgia that night. If you suspected the 9 year old brother, then you didn't know that the police completely cleared him after several intensive sessions with police and a psychologist where his parents were not even present.
