Which aspect of this "flag" do you consider "false?"

A "false flag" operation is one run/supported by a nation-state using personnel who are difficult or impossible to trace back to that state. Saddam was quite good at this. It is not real clear, but I think this fellow is implying that Iran and/or Syria are behind this thing.
