I'd be laughing at it if the title were changed. It's highly offensive, IMO It's a well deserved slam against rampant PC in the military. Anyone with two functional brain cells could figure that one out. It's not a reflection on those serving in the enlisted or junior officer ranks, but rather those leading as in the Pentagon rank 0-9 and above as well as Civilian D.O.D. leadership of the past 17 years or so.
