It's a Civil Case, I have a business, If I make a mistake like that I live with it. This Guy has a great case IMHO, All I can say for the Dealership it better not be a Jury Trial.

If he gets a jury, it'll be over in minutes - if the dealership has good lawyers, if it looks like it will go to trial, you can bet they will cut a deal fast. They'll fight this up to a trial, because if they lose one way or another, that means in the future they face this happening again (IF they don't change their ways), but they definitely won't go to trial - the guy has an open and shut case.
The dealership has a lot of audacity to be risking that much bad publicity.
Personally, I'd try to get criminal charges filed.
