I'm reasonably sure it's a passive array, they listen, they don't radiate. They are involved in radio astronomy, I doubt they schedule much time, if any, for SETI.
Long baseline radio interferometry using distant (like 20 giga-LY) radio sources is the primary means of determining the Earth's orientation.
