That road from Mexico to Canada IS being built according to Mike Gallagher and other talk shows...
It was conceived by the Council on Foreign Relations...and a contract was signed by President Bush, Vincente Fox, and the PM of Canada...at Bush's ranch a couple of years ago...
At least that is the story on the radio...and why so many people on Tony Snows's thread, when he had HIS show, were asking him about his membership in the Council on Foreign Relations...
Of course...now, with the border situation being THE topic...this highway and "contract" is becoming a very hot talk show topic.
