The growth industry in the 2010s and the 2020s will be tattoo removal, as the tattoos that were attractive when these people were young will be less so as flab replaces muscle and gravity takes hold on flesh. Unlike the hippies of the 1960s, who merely had to shave, bathe, and get a haircut if they wanted to enter the mainstream, the "normalizing" of today's tattooed types will be an expensive and perhaps painful endeavor.

Shave the scalp, get that tattooed, and let the hair grow back. Nobody will know about the tattoo until the person is too old and white-haired or bald for it to matter.
