Don't we have her height from her prior arrest record? I don't remember her being 5'8". I believe the phrase "chunky monkey" was used because of her weight and lack of stature. I'm remembering 5'3". I'm not trying to be argumentative but Nifong's whole case now rests on her word. If she gets into any more scrapes with the cops between now and the trial date he's even more toasted than he is now. I would have thought that he'd have her under lock and key.
