Mom knows Willie Gary who also represented her in a negligence suit against Duke Medical. Wanted 30 mil was awarded 2.5 mill (2.5, not 25). Parts were overturned, not sure if they got anything.
The lawsuit itself is not an issue. Good knows if she thought his death was from negligence she had every right to attempt to hold someone accountable.
I question any possible connections and conflicts along with a possible grudge against Duke. She probably knows Jesse.
Don't care about crotch boy's sex life (Actually he looks a little like Denzel)-only that no one seems to question his judgement and the possible personal connections to AV.

I believe we may know next to nothing about this case. And I also believe it will have next to nothing to do with the Mangum case, except that this along with the ADA's milf web page is pointing out to these guys how much scrutiny they are now under.
If they thought Nifong could screw with these innocent guys and it was no problem for them, they are learning that we are looking under their rock.
Do you know if Nifong hired that guy?
I said that long ago; these people they have accused are MAJOR players -- not people who come and go when an administration takes office and leaves; these are people that hang out with Ben and Sally Bradlee.
They do NOT play around; they're going to smash anybody involved in this case.
And they are slick enough to do it without looking like THEY are doing it.
