Ummm. Yes you did make a 'judgment' call.
You can't say in one breath 'we made no judgment call' and in the next 'we did understand it to be controversial'.
They aren't inseparable.

So ANYTHING with controversy triggers the judgment call.
If an Episcopal Group had a billboard support homosexual priests then that would come down.
If a group wants to be pro or anti gun conrol that would come down.
same with abortion's both sides.
SEEMS fair on its face if everyone is treated the same.
OF course PETA will object to any food with meat signs.
I wonder if they outlaw political signs.
What sign is allowed?
