You're right there. It's just the fact that every time they wheel these guys off on a stretcher they suddenly are 100% healed. I just think that all the diving and acting unfortunately overshadows any real injuries the players receive.

Next time you pull a hamstring, you should roll around on the ground, clutch your leg and scream your lungs out.
10 seconds later you should be feeling a-ok again.
It certainly seems to be some kind of miracle cure.
