My only real concern is how I'll keep the girls quiet when I'm on the phone.

When I do conference calls from here, I keep my finger on the 'mute' button on the speakerphone, and leave it on mute when I'm not talking, in case the garbage man comes :~D

But I think a new firm 'work call' rule could be imposed too, that they understand.
