Yup. That's about right. ;-)
The animation isn't ~too~ bad, but the music is just plain awful.
Speaking of movies, I checked out some of the imdb.com page for "The Gods Must Be Crazy". The guy that played the minister also wrote, produced, directed and edited the movie.
Looks like he only made a few movies, most including the same main actors.
