OK - I flipped him over and propped him up. He's even less responsive than before... but danged if he doesn't still have a heartbeat. He's fading, I'm afraid.

He's in the back of the Ranger, in the canopy. It's getting warm in there with the sun, and I covered him back up. Probably, when we get back tonight he'll be dead.

There was a zo' prof at my university that would give people extra credit if they brought in dead squirrels. He did population distribution studies. All sorts of fun things like that go on in the bio dept.
