When we hear of the death of a child in a home or the death of a spouse, we automatically look to the parents/spouse.

It makes perfect sense since the majority of cases the parents/spouse is responsible. I usually jump right onto that bandwagon and initially did so with the JonBenet case.

However, after learning more about the case, seeing how bad the police and their CSI unit handled evidence at the scene. How they completely overlooked evidence of a break-in. DNA found on JonBenet not consistent with anyone in the family was not even looked into. When I learned about this I changed my mind.

That's because there was no evidence of a break-in. We have a broken window, but no way of knowing how it was broken because the Boulder Police Department allowed the crime scene to be hopelessly compromised.

DNA found on JonBenet not consistent with anyone in the family was not even looked into.

Just as there was evidence that pointed in other directions regarding the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. But they were completely drowned out by the overwhelming evidence that pointed solely in the direction of O.J. Simpson.
