You have no idea if it is nonsense. There is a lot of circumstantial evidence pointing at Patsy as the killer, and most law enforcement in Colorado believe she was the one who did her daughter in. You, as an armchair opinion giver, have nothing to go on to say that she did not do it other than your own uncalculated guess.
