" ... Semen that did not match the father or the brother was found in her underwear. ..."
No semen was found.
" ... The fracture to her skull was done post mortem, probably with a pry bar the killer used to pry open the basement window. ..."
Not post mortem - there was bleeding. The instrument used for the skull fracture has never been identified. No windows were pried open and no crowbar was in evidence.
" ... HE was a worker who had been in the house as part of a paint crew in the recent past, that's how he knew about the brushes and the hidden wash up room in the basement. HE probably overheard Patsy talking on the phone one day about her husbands bonus, happens all the time, and that's how the 118k got in the ransom note, again a ploy to throw the cops off, it worked. ..."
All of the people used for construction were questioned and no one was found to need follow-up. Painters in the house didn't need Patsy's little art brushes in her art tote - no reason they would know where that small brush was. Patsy did not know the amount of John's bonus -- John didn't even know -- and she would not have been discussing it on the phone with anyone, not even Nedra, who would probably have known before Patsy what the value of the stock option bonus was, lol.
Semen was found per autopsy report. Hymen, though prematurely developed was bloodied.
All of the people used for construction were questioned.
Prove it. Where is the evidence for this. I have'nt seen it. There is no way to account for it.
You have no idea what Patsy knew about anything, bonus or anything else. You can not say this for fact. Boulder Grand Jury knew this as well.

What did they use her head as a fulcrum?
