One positive is that the same thing applies to the judges and cops in this case. Much has been said here about many of the people involved in this case. But this case is the biggest thing ever to happen in Durham. They will be remembered for what they do in this case. Do the cops want to go down being know as dirty? Do the judges in this case want to have their rulings scrutinized? As I prepare to go to sleep tonight I still hold out some hope that Judge Stevens will do the right thing tomorrow, even if it is for the wrong reason.
