Greta tonight:

Yet another guest claiming that Nifong has more.

Do they know that this is illegal? Do they know he told the Judge he turned everything over in open court?

It's a damning statement of Nifong for so many to claim he still has more the Defense doesn't know of. This guy tonight even said, "I think Nifong is Managing the Discovery" to hide a couple things that he will use at trial.

I'm confused.

Yes, it was the guy or one of the guys who wrote the SI article. They don't stop hoping do they.

They are still playing on Greta's show like no one has seen the complete file (no one other than the Defense).

Hammer said, all we have is Defense leaks, we shouldn't assume it's a weak case.

I saw a bit of Greta tonight. Hammer just can not bring himself to admit that some of the press have seen all of the discovery and their is nothing there either. Piro or whatever her name is from Westchester, NY knew so little about the case Hammer was corrected her. What a panel when Hammer or Ted Williams is the most pro-defense member. Do they fear they are losing audience ot Nancy Grace or something?

BTW, did she say anything more about her incorrect reporting on Finnerty?

That, I think, is absolutely true. Nifong will certainly try to withhold evidence favorable to the defense, c.f. Crystal's cell phone. But I think he will also try to withhold from discovery, until the last minute, some piece of evidence that he thinks is most damaging to the defense so that the defense has as little time as possible to prepare a response. It's illegal but prosecutors do it all the time.
