It's possible, but I would think it points to anyone or exculpates anyone, they have to provide that info to the defense - the Lab results. So, it wouldn't be a surprise.

But, Nifong is specifically referring to the FIRST set of DNA testing. Nifong is saying there's something in there.

Abrams saw it. If you recall, that was the rallying cry from the Nifong supporters for a good while: If there's nothing in there, then why dont't they release the DNA report?

I think that's why Abrams was shown it - to refute those calls.

Yes, Nifong is behind the curve, his latest disinformation campaign began as he was unaware that MSNBC had the whole file. This made him look even worse, if that is possible. Wendy was of course nuts and she too was behind the curve, apparently not understanding that the MSNBC folks had the file and it was useless for the prosecutor.

The DNA results were not part of the discovery file, though. They were given to the defendants when they came back from the labs.

Nifong is probably talking about the DNA found on the towel outside the bathroom.

One of CGM's versions has a player finishing in her mouth and her spitting it out, btw.

The only problem is that she said Reade forced her to perform oral, and it isn't Reade's DNA on the towel.
