I saw what you described tonight. Susan Filan whom hated these kids for how long, said tonight that she is scared after seeing the evidence. She said she's is scared for the country. She said that of Nifong, "Boy, did he mislead us."
So lawyers are upset across the country.
Possibly, corruption and self preservation may work in favor of the entire case being dismissed.
The Judges and people working in that office don't want a good thing ruined. They don't want this thing to rock the boat - or Cruise ship.
This case is dead - the only thing left to do is to choreograph the exit.
That is why Nifong and the rest of the feminist lunatics are increasing the volume on the "we have a case" lie - so when the thing is thrown out they will claim that the system "did not allow them to go forward with their supposed air-tight case". Plus, they get to place all the blame for this abortion on the evil blogs - especially the "sexist, racist, right-wing hate-mongers".
And THAT is how they are going to save face.
On the other hand, if this goes on much longer the outrageous lies they are spreading today will be picked apart - that is why it is in Nifong's best interest that this thing end suddenly now - while he still has an out.
