There should be now. Clearly Nifong sandbagged Stephens to get that warrant which was a reach had everything Nifong represeneted been true. Most judges don't like attorneys making them look bad. But who knows how much incest there is in that courthouse?

Judge Stephens has pretty much escaped the spotlight so far (other than here). If he steps out of line with his rulings, then I think that would change-- starting with the blogs and spreading from there.
