There is about a 50 acre horse ranch and a citrus orchard across the road and an old farm house beside it. There are some houses behind but an irrigation canal separates.

I was wondering if there was someone within sight - across the road is good who you could pay to watch the horses more or less and feed if necessary. A teen would be good :)
