Here's a multi-tasking assignment for you (my mommie will be proud that I came up with it all by myself): organize yourself and maybe a group of like-minded citizen/taxpayers and lobby your local school board to change the curriculum. If they do not, challenge them at the next school board election. Your State government stands in the way? Petition it for redress, or work/lobby to get what you desire.
Sitting behind a keyboard and whimpering that the "evil UN weenies will stop at nothing until the school cafeteria serves nothing but ethnic food" is what's truly childish.
