Look closely at the suspect flag. Look @ the discoloration of the sky around it. That same discoloration doesn't appear around the other two flags.
That says to me the flag in question comes from a different image. Trust me, it isn't hard to do but it is hard to do well and this troll didn't do a very good job.
Whether the poster is a troll or not doesn't change the fact San Diego has tens of thousands of illegals and costing us here mega millions a year.

When I watched in person the other month over 50,000 Mexicans with the Mexican flag and Che T-shirts, and signs like gringo go back to Europe, you don't find this funny nor those who push this aside because they don't want to believe this is happening
