And Totti

Saw Totti on the exhibition tour. He is a technical wizard.

Only problem is that he's at about 70% fitness, due to an ankle fracture three months ago.

Looks like Koller is out.

Looks like a serious injury but not as a result of a foul.

Looks like a hamstring...

Do the US players think that these languid loping aerial passes up the middle will get anywhere against a side composed of battle-tested European players with a defensive mindset now that they are up 2-0?

They've tried it too often for it to be coincidence.

Well so far I think the Czechs are showing their #2 FIFA ranking is well deserved. They are going to be tough.

We (Norway) met the Czechs in the playoff game for the right to be at the world cup. Obviously, the prevailed, but they are not supermen.

But, the US needs to pick up its game if they want to stage a comeback.

Who knows though, if the Czechs start lying back... They could get punished.

Let's see...

Are they back from the half yet? I was able to sneak away to watch the first 45 minutes on a tv at the office, but I may be pushing it if I stay in there another 45 minutes.

I wouldn't have pulled Cherundulo, I'd pull Pope instead.

Good to see OBrien in though

O my God,
who are infallible Truth
and can neither deceive nor be deceived,
I firmly believe all that you have revealed
and propose to my belief through your holy Church,
because you have revealed it.
I believe that you are one in nature
and three in Persons:
the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
I believe that you are the Creator of all things
and that you reward the just
for all eternity in heaven
and punish the wicked
for all eternity in hell.
I believe that Jesus Christ is
the Son of God made man,
that he suffered and died for my sins
and rose from the dead in glory,
and that it is only in him
through the Holy Spirit
that eternal life is given to men.
I believe in fine all that your holy Church believes.
I thank you for having called me
to the true faith,
and I affirm that with the help of your grace
I will live and die in the holy faith.
