Although its nearly impossible to determine under the Chef's togue, the White House Executive Chef is a woman of Philippine heritage. She is the
1st female executive chef at the White House. Of course, not much is made of that since it was Laura Bush who appointed her. LOL

Um, although its darned near impossible to read.... looks like the White House is serving a hearty meal this evening, if the first and second coarses are any indication. Maryland She Crab Soup and Texas Kobe Beef with Cracked Pepper.
