Kirk Osborn, who is representing accused player Reade Seligmann, says Durham police officers intentionally omitted information that ultimately helped the prosecution get approval for a photo lineup and DNA samples from lacrosse players.

Some of the information in the article must be coming from new material the defense obtained that was NOT in the 1300 pages that Nifong turned over. Is that your take?

I'm extremely curious about this aspect of the motion, too. What, exactly, was withheld?

It sounds to me like the defense has been getting the documents they were seeking directly from DPD.
