Power struggle or not, Chalmers needs to decide if he will allow Himan to soil his entire PD or if it is time to flush out exactly why these statements were withheld from discovery. Also, is Chalmers willing to let this line-up that clearly violated department protocol be picked apart at best by a judge and at worst by an appellate court (if for some ungodly reason these men are convicted)?
All hell is breaking loose in Durham and the DA is hiding in the shadows while the Chief of Police takes a long vacation.
