From Jarriel Johnson's statement:

We sat on the couch a litlle while and then went into my bedroom. While there we talked and she knocked over her drink which spilled on my phone."

He takes her back to her parents around 4-4:30 pm.
He agreed to take her to the party but later stated he couldn't because his cell phone was messed up.
Though he tried to call, he didn't hear from her again until Thursday.
