If this gets to court the defense will surly bring it up. The only question is do you bring it up directly with the 2nd striper or do you have the second striper on the stand and go over her rap sheet. Then ask a cop on the stand about the money.

You nailed it! The DPD/DA couldn't figure a way - remotely feasible - to say otherwise. Plus, they eliminate that entire line of inquiry from the Defense. They don't want the Defense to walk in everyone that's been ripped off by Lil Kim.
