Same to ya, Irish!
I have only discovered one thing ... the numeric interpretation of the word blue is b=(hexadecimal eleven), l=(zero), u=(zero), and e(with an understood zero placemarker)=(hexadecimal two-twenty-four).
So, blue equals blue, but #blue equals 0b00e0, or BLUE.
You must have let the number symbol slip in somehow.
And no, I have not spent all this time figuring this out. I did other things too.
