The woman who has accused three Duke University men's lacrosse players of raping her failed to identify at least one of them in a photo array eight days after the reported attack, according to a motion filed Friday by defense attorneys. The motion also says that she then selected him as an attacker more than two weeks later.

I hope that comment I made about her face being an obscenity didn't come across to you the wrong way. I would have tried to capture the video and use a still frame but I can't get my video capture to work correctly. So I made a joke instead. ;-)
My opinion, FWIW, is that Nifong's relentless pursuit of this case is all about Nifong. I don't believe it has anything to do with lofty ideals of women or race, just pure self-agrandisement.
Hold on that family protection thing, HOLD ON.
I've read other stuff where every word from Nifong on his office is DIVERSE, and you certainly added more tonight, but there's NOT ONE MAN THERE!
How F'@en Diverse is that?
That office looks live some of the Soc Services divisions I've seen. If a man answers the door - he's GUILTY.
Are Men part of the Family UNIT in Durham?
All those people/investigators and NOT one man!
TexKat, Nifong has been offered an endorsement gig already.
He gets his haircut with a Weedeater, and they found out, so they want him as the poster boy for Hair by Weedeater.
I like the coughing cop scenario. That's got my vote.
Tucker Carlson had it on also. It'll get out.
I agree with your take on the "settlement". I'ts far too vague and open to tons of interpretations. I think the defense would insist that she admit she made it all up and their clients are innocent. They've been talking tough and I doubt they'd go for anything this vague.
You think the Defense, with every new revelation helping them, would insist on the language in any settlement to read:
I, Crystal, shall herein be referred to as the Lying HO .....
I always thought Whoopi should play...the one shoe, red dressed, lying sleezy ho...sure sounds right to me.
I love the spin!!!
Thanks for the ping.
I suspect Cash Micheals is laying the groundwork for the inevitable - CGM deciding not to testify due to stress, death threats, adverse media attention...blah, blah, blah.
LMAO
It was worth me staying up and watching it.
Colmes gets slapped around pretty good by everyone.
Too bad all the slapping he has gotten hasn't done him any good. Colmes better hope he and none of his kids ever get in any type of legal trouble.
On Tucker Carlson (Tuesday), he had a short segment with the leader of the NAACP in N.C.
Tucker said the something the NAACP wrote recently on the DUKE case linked White Supremacy to the Duke (alleged) attack.
The NAACP leader also said that their lawyers are also writing a motion now that calls for an Overall investigation of this case.
It was a one-on-one interview that Carlson likes to do, but I have the feeling the NAACP guy brought his entourage - he said thanks Tucker for having US.
Kim Roberts Pittman

Kim is a hostile witness no matter who or what she testifies about. She is just a hostile person, in my opinion.
It takes very little imagination to envision Kim hurling insults at the players that night.
The AV even reported to Shelton that she was arguing with Kim that night.
Je$$ie Jackson should pay for therapy for that woman if he wants to help somone.
Colmes doesn't know crap about the case. What was it a couple nights ago, he mentioned the broomstick attack to explain no DNA again.
Then tonight he mentioned something else that has been debunked already (I can't recall the exact statement), but it's apparent Colmes doens't know crap about the case or the justice system.
Colmes is promoting the new mantra of Crystal's supporters - she should have her day in court. What Colmes doesn't know is that in every case, the attending Police officer makes a judgement. Police discretion. All reporting AVs have to get over several hurdles before a DA hears about a Case, and then, a DA is supposed to only prosecute the strongest cases.
Mark Furhman did a good job of explaining that to the audience tonight. Furhman said that this case doesn't even meet the standards to be handed up for consideration by the DA.
They aren't immune from a suit.
