I disagree. Race did not cause this. This is what the feminazis have wrought with accusations of sexual abuse. Similar unbalancing of the scales of justice has also taken place when accused in child molestation cases are not allowed to confront their accuser.

Basically some percentage of the world are scam artists. The second some group argues that a woman or a child never lies about such charges, there is some woman or child out their ready to take advantage of such stupidity. The founders of the US and the evolution of trial proceedure over the years led to a pretty good if not perfect system. Some people don't like it that they can not go whoring around and not have a jury somewhat discount their claim of rape so they have tried to change the burden of proof in rape cases. They want to say silly things like that that started this thread, ie a compaintant has a right to a fair trial, rather than the accused.

You're exactly right. The feminazis' biggest weapon now is the sexual accusation. It's like kryptonite against Superman, immediately rendering the man accused almost helpless.

Started in the late 80s with sex harassment cases, and now any sex experience that doesn't hold fond memories is subject to retroactive assault status.
