I probably misunderstood what Tucker was saying last night. It appears she indeed did give a description, which is what the defense wants to know. It is possible she wasn't asked again until the lineup, but I don't think we know that.

If you read it close, I think:
We don't know that she EVER gave a description. We know she was asked earlier, we know how it was characterized by Himan in a question. But, we don't if she gave what we would call a description. What if she said 4 White Guys.
From Himan's sentence, that is entirely possible.
