What are Christians afraid of? What's wrong with presenting all theories and letting people make up their own minds?

The 'theories' are not 'theories', they are dispoven slander. This story attacks real people and the religion of millions and millions. Allowing this blasphemous slander to stand without being attacked is wrong.

Just my opinion, but I think most folks are smarter than you give them credit for.

Do you agree with the statement that anything that doesn't exalt God is by nature blasphemous?

I'm really proud of FR. So far, you're the only person on this thread who thinks drawing further attention to this stinker by boycotts or protests or taking it on is a good thing.

Zealots like Ted Baehr and a few stuffy cardinals at the Vatican are marginalized.

My post was silly, without substance, and factually vacant. It was also sarcastic satire highlighting how evolutionists view the cries of creationists that demand ID be taught in science class. In fact, I basically just substituted 'Christianity' and 'Christians' for 'Darwinism' and 'Darwinist' in a common argument form ID supporters.

The point I am trying to make is that some Christians have no hesitation to do exactly what they accuse others of doing.

"Allowing this blasphemous slander to stand without being attacked is wrong."

Which people do you refer to as being slandered? Members of Opus Dei? If they didnt go around flagellating themselves like the crazy shiite Muslims, then maybe people wouldnt think they were a little weird and wouldnt be ready to believe even worse. And if you dont think there were political popes in the past 2000 years that didnt have the greatest moral character, then you are a fool. One pope did aid the French King in his torture and execution of Knights Templar in the 1300's. They reigned over the murder of many a person who didnt believe in Catholic dogma.
