It's a work of fiction that the author claims to be real. The author can hide behind the fiction moniker when it gets hot. We could start seeing a lot more of these "real fiction" books.

George W Bush starts a war to make his oil buddies rich and has to torture Iraqis and Americans to keep it quiet.

That's the point I would make to these people who say, "If your faith is strong, this can't affect it. So, go and have a good time!" Michael Moore cannot sway me with his leftist spew, but I'm not going to subject myself to it.

How about a factual book written as fiction, like an ithyphallic president who fritters away an economy and allows a deadly terrorist group to grow in strength while he gets serviced in the oval office? Or perhaps a book about a major political party who is willing to risk destroying their country in a foolish attempt at recapturing power?
