So I went to your link. Nowhere in my quick perusal of the effects of the drugs was any evidence to warrant your statement that "makes the victim believe she (or he) was raped even if no rape took place"
Try "hallucinations". There have been such reports. I personally know of one. Might take you some time to dig through and get a detail on that, but GHB looks like the drug of choice here.
Wonder if she was the only one to get hit?
