She does not come across to me as having a sense of "entitlement." It seems to me that she needs more confidence. I guess we all see things differently, but you really don't like her do you? A lot of people have picked up on McPhee's "I deserve this" attitude.

i'd rather watch Taylor sing that song again than watch McPhee roll around on the floor.True.

OK...let's keep it real. I like Katharine. If it were between her and, say Paris or Pickler, I'd be voting for her.
Her first song was good with a small g, her 2nd (SOTR) was great, but if you honest you'd have to say that the 3rd number was pitchy as can be.
Taylor has been consistent all season long, Kat has not.
If you're a "McFan," great. Vote for her. But please don't trash TayTay. He's a good guy too.
She's "drop dead gorgeous" and has a nice voice so she'll go places even if she doesn't win.

DialIdol uses your modem to speed dial votes for your favorite Idols - but it does so much more...
DialIdol measures the busy signal to determine which Idols are getting the most votes - based on the results it can automatically direct your votes to one of your favorite Idols.
DialIdol assumes that because one Idols phone line is busier than another's that they are getting more votes. As a result we predict who will be voted off every week.

So it's sort of like exit polling. Not the real votes?

Is it normal to not receive a confirmation message (at least for a while)? I mean, is this how it is every week or is this unusual?

A lot of people have picked up on McPhee's "I deserve this" attitude. Absolutely. The following paragraph is from the article I posted earlier with critiques from music experts:
Katharine, on the other hand, doesn't exhibit the drive to win, "but seems to think she deserves it," says O'Donnell, predicting a failed music career and possible future in commercials. "She's cold and artificial. When she sings, she's looking for the camera and seems to be assuming a character. She attempts the vocal gymnastics of Celine Dion . When people hear Celine, they know it's real. Katharine seems manufactured. I think she'll fade."

I've logged about 12 votes for Taylor so far. I keep hitting Redial. I don't even let him finish his spiel before I'm trying to vote again.

Hmm. Weird. And I've been texting off and on since you posted the directions, so about 30 minutes. Still no confirmation either.
