When he took the microphone to sing his farewell song I held my breath because at that moment the look on his face made me expect he was going to do something like throw the microphone down or sing and then suddenly say something nasty. I really felt that coming. But it did not. I would think that the Idol folks have a sit-down with the singers before the results show and remind them that no matter what happens, there is life after Idol and they shouldn't do anything to jeopardize their brand new careers.
