Seeing as he is rather close with the other members of the tour I think he might take some issue with your characterization that he's the main attraction and the rest are along for the ride.
Considering that Taylor did win (though it IS hard to tell at times), he probably wouldn't take issue with being the headliner. I do wonder though if queen Kat will make her first reappearance at the White House and then have another relapse.

Wow. I remember the nasty things said abaout Kevin Covais when he and his girlfriend PRETENDED to break up in hopes of getting more votes for Kevin. People said he got a big head and dumped her.
Found this link with some pics of someone that went to the AI concert

Do you know if McPhee is going to rejoin the tour?
He is one handsome man. That hair is gorgeous.
According to Rita Cosby on tonight's show, McPhee has not yet rejoined the tour, and may never rejoin it. Rita was very skeptical of Kat's "bad laryngitis and bronchitis" excuse. Rita says Kat is disrespecting her fans by not at least making a token appearance. She could lip-synch her numbers.
Rita's guests, including Jessica Sierra of Season 4 Idol, all seemed to agree pretty much that something fishy is up with Kat. Will her Daddy buy her way out of the Idol contract?
Thanks for that review of AI on Tour. It's pretty much as I expected. Chris and Elliott seem to be the real crowd-pleasers.
Kat is now being called "The Missing Idol". Rita Cosby did a segment on her tonight with three music reviewers and ALL were very negative about Kat.
Kat didn't show up for The View either.
I wonder if she will show up at the White House.
I can't imagine how she got out of doing the tour, though. I thought the AI contract was pretty iron-clad. We'll see if she shows up at the White House....
She claims that she is. I have my doubts.
Yes, it looks like he has nice, thick, healthy hair.
She could at least be on the bus and attend all the meet and greets, and sign autographs. I think it is very telling that she isn't even doing those things.
I saw an ad for The View this morning and there was a banner saying Kat was going to co-host Thursday.
do you know if Kat is going to join the tour? I cant even say rejoin, since she never even started it!
I totally missed your ping! :-( I just saw it today because the thread was bumped up.
It's a shame that Taylor sucked. We'll be in Nashville in a few weeks when the tour hits town. We aren't going, but you can bet when we are hitting all the bars up and down Broadway I'll have the digital camera handy just in case there are any Idol sightings.
I must have misheard Rita C. Her voice is so bad lately, and she talks so fast, I don't always catch everything she says.
Even better, Taylor has a beautiful heart.

Evan Dawson (Rochester, N.Y.) If you listen to the medical facts, Maryanne Hanley should not be alive today.
In June 2005, the Rochester native was diagnosed with terminal liver cancer. Doctors told her, at best, she would live until March.
But shes still fighting, and this past weekend, her twin sister helped deliver a wish Maryanne never dreamed was possible.
Maryanne and Joanne Hanley were born together and figured they would grow old together. Now they live together, and a tumor will some day take Maryanne away from her family.
"I have a small fear of dying, but I know everyone goes through it one day or another, Maryanne said.
Its harder for Joanne, nursing her twin, trying to stay positive long past the day when doctors said Maryanne would be gone.
It's gotten more difficult, but I have to put that in the back of my mind and cherish every moment I have with her right now, said Joanne.
Maryannes wish was to remind others to have a colonoscopy at 50. She waited too long.
Maybe if they would've caught my cancer earlier, I would have had a better chance. So I urge people to take their health seriously, Maryanne said.
Her other wish was to meet her idol American Idol Taylor Hicks.
He puts on a fantastic show when he sings. He moves around and it makes you feel like you want to get up and dance with him. And he's not bad looking, either, Maryanne said.
Last week, after contacting the Dream Foundation, Joanne helped make her twins wish come true.
Friday morning, a limousine picked up the twins and took them to meet Hicks, who was in town for the American Idol tour.
If I take everything at a slow pace and don't get too excited, I think I can pull it off today, Maryanne said.
"I told her she can enjoy the show. Just listen, and I'll do all the dancing around and shouting for both of us, said Joanne.
All of the cast met with Maryanne and she spent time chatting with Hicks, who offered prayers and tears.
It turned out, Maryanne inspired them.
